Well hello October?! Where the heck did September go?? Today is Foodie PenPal reveal day – hooray! I have some really cool goodies to share with you today!
A great big thank you to Lindsay from theleangreenbeen.com for orgainzing all the foodie penpals!! And this month is very special for her and this activity that she started – Foodie PenPals is 1 year old this month!! You should definitely get in on the fun!
My PenPal this month was Ella from nutritionella.com - Ella is a R.D in training and I love reading her posts! She blogs about all different sorts of things from fashion to fitness to helping me make healthy decisions about different products! You should definitely check her out if you don’t know her already!
Goodies from Ella!
In my goodie box was:
- Foster’s sweet & tangy BBQ sauce – I have not tried this yet – I want to use it on something special – but I can’t wait eat it!! I look at it just about every time that I open the pantry
- Baker’s better bites – a blend of milk chocolate, chopped peanuts, and caramel — oh my word. These are delicous – and they are just the right size to pop in your mouth! I have to take one out of the bag and then walk away.
- Chapel Hill toffee– oh my amazingness!!!! (fun story – Ella apologized for not sending me “much” in my box, but she promised that the toffee would make up for it
) — Those things are a little piece of heaven! I have been allowing myself to eat one for dessert – I usually take it to bed with me and savor it while reading my book. It’s crunchy and sweet and chocolately — yum, yum, YUM
Ella, thank you so much for all my fun treats from Chapel Hill — I really enjoyed tasting them and getting fun things in the mail!! (and, you’re right, $15 does go fast!!!)
